Labour ... view the full decision text for item 21. Minutes: The Lead Member for Organisation – Finance, Performance,
Health & Safety and Governance submitted a report COGC/23/19 allowing
Members to consider appointments to Committees, Scrutiny Committees and various
Panels set up by the Council
as part of its Constitution. In introducing his report the Lead Member referred to the following amendments to Memberships : Audit Committee To include Councillors Rondo Roberts and Nigel Williams Safeguarding, Communities and Well-being Scrutiny Committee To include Councillor John McCusker. Lifelong Learning Scrutiny Committee To remove Councillor T Alan Edwards Planning Committee In line with Regulation 6 of The Size and Composition of Local Authority Planning Committees (Wales) Regulations 2017, as Councillors Paul Pemberton and Kevin Hughes were same ward Members it was noted that it was not possible for both to sit on the Planning Committee. RESOLVED – (i) That the sizes
